Local fix

Problem summary

  • When a user updates or cancels a draft associated to a published
item the last modified date of the published item is updated.

Problem conclusion

  • When a user updates or cancels a draft associated to a published
item the last modified date of the published item is updated.
The date is not maintained and the checkout and undocheckout for
the published node results in the last modified date being set
to the current date / time.

The code has been updated to preserve the last modified date on
the published item and to ensure the change is properly
    syndicated.
