Error description

• Mobile recipients are missing when executing a schedule as "Run
  the schedule once". When recipients are selected during creation
  of the schedule and the schedule is then run as "Run the
  schedule once" from the Cognos Administration -> Schedules
  screen, the section under "Send the report to mobile recipients"
  shows "0 recipients".
