PM14108: Rational Developer 760, RDz is not able to obtain job status when running with z/OS 1.11 JES3

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Rational Developer for System z v7.6.0.1, RDz is not able to
  obtain job status when running with z/OS 1.11 JES3 This problem
  can manifest itself in three ways that are currently known:
  - Remote syntax check never completes
  - Job actions (purge, cancel etc) fail, with the
    message 'No information for job nnnnnnn'.
  - If the Job Monitor is configured for TSO SUBMIT, then the
    intermediate job (FEJTSO) will fail to be purged after a job
    is submitted.  This only happens on zOS 1.11 JES3.
