PM13716: Data Access Application wizard generates artifacts with unsafe p ackage names

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the wizard for the Data Access Applications, there's
  the possibility of specifying the default package name. The wiza
  rd indeed, generates ConditionHandlingLib and ControlStructures
  in a subpackage of the given name.
  
  This could augment the probability of naming conflicts, expecial
  ly when several of such artifacts are generated.

  If the user enters a default package name in the Data Access
  Application wizard, and the package contains a period, some
  of the EGL files created by the wizard will not be under
  that package.  For example, if the user sets the package to
  com.mycompany.daa, some EGL files will correctly be under
  package com.mycompany.daa, but other EGL files will
  incorrectly be under package com.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Data Access Application wizard has been fixed.  It will
  use the package entered by the user.
