PM13703: QUERY STUDIO INTERMITTENTLY FAILS TO PROPERLY HANDLE RQP-DEF-0177 THEN DISPLAYS COGNOS CONNECTION WITHIN QUERY STUDIO

Error description

• When a RQP-DEF-0177 error is thrown within Query Studio, upon
  clicking on OK, another error message immediately comes up
  (RSV-BBP-0036) and you have to click on OK 14 times for it to
  disappear, at which point, Cognos Connection is then displayed
  within Query Studio.??Please note that this is intermittent and
  seems to always happen on a fresh start of the Cognos services.
  ??First error:??RQP-DEF-0177 an error occured while performing
  operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-120'??Second
  error:??RSV-BBP-0036  The request 'asynchWait_Request' failed
  because a previous request that returned a fault cancelled the
  conversation.??Important note: The first error is triggered
  because Cognos is trying to locally process a database-only
  function. This is avoidable, but still an annoyance.
