Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When putting messages to a shared queue *
  *                      with PK31007 applied, local             *
  *                      applications may receive an extraneous  *
  *                      post.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When a message is put to a shared queue on a queue manager that
  has PK31007 applied, the queue manager will post any
  applications that are connected to the queue manager and are
  currently in an MQGET, waiting on the queue.
  

Problem conclusion

• The service parm introduced by PK55496 will now also remove the
  additional post to local get-waiters on a shared queue.
  
  The service parm should only be used under change team
  direction. Enabling this service parm will disable the put to
  waiting getter performance enhancement for both local and shared
  queues.
