    ****************************************************************
Due to the original design of how Rational RequisitePro
client for Windows creates documents, it first creates the
document into root and then moves it out to the target
package. So the document, once created in root, should be
deleted and then added to the target package. But if the
user does not have privilegies on root package to delete
documents, the application complains and an error prompts
stating the user does not have privilegies to delete the
document. This is a problem since the user action does not
mean to move any item, user wants to just create a document.
The background process should be transparent to the user.

Problem conclusion

  • The document is created into the target package so there is
no need to create it into root and then moved it out to the
    target package.
