PM13079: Show Related Elements does not bring the non identifying tables onto the diagram

Error description

• 'Show Related Elements' option in the diagram editor does not
  bring the tables related through non-identifying relationships.

  In the diagram editor, when you right click on a table and
  select 'Show related elements', it brings only those tables
  related through identifying relationship and not those with
  non-identifying relationships. It should bring even the
  tables related through non-identifying relationships.
  

Problem conclusion

• The 'Show related elements' function is now resolved to
  bring  in non-identifying relationships also in the diagram.
