PM12979: GENERATING UNIQUE XMI IDS INSTEAD OF NAME.

Error description

• When we deploy EJB using Websphere Application Server 6 in
  Rational Application Developer 7 and onwards version, our
  reverse migrator code runs which will create a equivalent
  .tblxmi,dbmxmi, map.mapxmi files,from .dbm file so that WAS 6
  can understand.
  During this reverese migration [creation of .tblxmi files],
  Table xmi file that is created currently have ID of different
  object as same as names of the object.Which will fail if two
  objects have the same name.
