  A mapping that creates an UML element with a required
  stereotype will result in an exception in
  StereotypeCreateRule if the profile defining the stereotype
  has not previously been applied to the target UML model.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix was made to StereotypeCreateRule to allow the
  application of required stereotypes in all conditions. Note
  that StereotypeCreateRule's role is to ensure a stereotype
  is applied to the target element - in cases where the
  stereotype is already applied, no action is taken and no
  error is raised..
