with initvirtualportal.xml
and going to it, the following errors appear in
SystemOut.log:

setContentNode EJPEJ0016E:Could not deserialize content node
ID.com.ibm.wps.services.identification
.SerializationExceptionImpl:EJPDB0124E: The specified string
[ibm.portal.Home.Feeds] can neither be deserialized as an
object ID nor resolved as a unique name.
