PM12365: CROSSTAB AGAINST DMR SHOWS EMPTY WHEN CHILD MEMBER IS DRAGGED UNDER PARENT WERE NO VALUES IN DB FOR EITHER

Error description

• 8.4.1 Report Studio crosstab report against DMR model shows
  empty records for all items, when lower level member is dragged
  into crosstab for the member which does not have records/values
  in a database. All other items have corresponding values in a
  database and Report Studio generated query returns those values.
  If you remove common parent member from upper nesting level or
  do not drag any children under member that does not have values
  to report, then there is no loss of data on a report.
  
  Tested behaviour with Cognos 'Go Data Warehouse (analysis)'
  sample DMR model in 8.3 FP5, 8.4 FP2 and 8.4.1 using SQL Server
  2005. Happens in customers own model as well, happens against
  various databases. Using Powercubes datasource similar crosstab
  shows normally all members on edges and values as empty in
  measure cells if records are missing.
