PM12349: DIMENSIONAL OVERRIDE THROWS ERRORS ON UPGRADE TO COGNOS 8.4

Error description

• The problem is seen in Cognos 8.4 after upgrade from Cognos 8.2.
  In Cognos 8.2 the client had implemented some dimensional
  Overrides on two queries.
  This report validated successfully in Cognos 8.2 and ran without
  problems.
  
  When upgraded to Cognos 8.4 this report generated errors and
  needed to be manually modified to run correctly again.
  
  The problem here is that the report validated and ran without
  errors in Cognos 8.2 but when upgraded to Cognos 8.4 this report
  gave the reported errors and needed to be modified manually.
