Error description

• There has been a recommendation to enable
  RSVP.HTML.OPTIMIZECSSSTYLES  in order to reduce the size of the
  HTML output of reports. However, when this advanced property is
  enabled, formatting on the HTML report is lost. This includes:
  - Font properties
  - Justification
  - Horizontal lines
  

Local fix

• Do not set RSVP.HTML.OPTIMIZECSSSTYLES property.
