PM12051: ANNOTATION TEXT FILES DO NOT GET DELETED FROM USER TEMP DIRECTORY

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When running a table only publish through a macro and you have
  user annotation selected, the publish will run fine and complete
  but in the user \local settings\temp directroy the
  annotation.txt file with a 0kb is not getting deleted and files
  keep appending to the temp directory and never get deleted.  The
  file is called annotationobject.
