Error description

• List box requiredness does not update correctly on CQWeb.
  
  Simple hook in 7.1.1 will set a list box and text box to
  required/not required based on a simple yes/no choice list.
  
  CQ for Windows and RCP clients work correctly.
  CQWeb client, only the text box is set required/not required.
  
  In the CQWeb, the list box does not go required, even after a
  record refresh.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Hook setting required attribute for fields in ClearQuest Web
  interface was not working consistently with the behavior on the
  Eclipse and Windows Clients.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue was addressed in ClearQuest 7.1.2.4 and 8.0.0.1.
