PM11835: QUERY STUDIO THROWS UDA-SQL-0114 ERROR WHEN USING FILTER IN REPORT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• QS queries are no longer using the Use Item setting for a query
  item
  being filtered in the report.  The SQL generated is using the
  "Display
  Item" setting in the filter causing the report in error, with an
  
  invalid number error message.
  
  In Framework Manager in the Prompt Info section for Source
  
  Desc, Display Item Reference is set to SOURCEDESC, while Filter
  Item
  Reference and Use Item Reference is set to SOURCEID, so when
  prompting
  for Source Desc, the description is to be displayed but the ID
  is to be
  used in the where clause in the sql.  As I demoed to you, this
  works
  when I build the filter myself in query studio but it does not
  work
  correctly when I bring the prebuilt filter into the report.  The
  
  expression for the prebuilt filter is - [Import
  
  View].[SPR4_SOURCE_TBL].[SOURCEID]  in (#promptmany('Source
  
  Desc','','','','[Consolidation View].[Settled Trades].[Source
  Desc]')#).
