PM11796: Mismatch between the multiplicity of the tag in the profile and the tag in the requirement

Error description

• Steps to reproduce
  ------------------
  1) Adding a profile with a tag, applicable to requirement. Also
  making the tag multiplicity as (*) and set the type to usecase.
  
  2) Add some usecases and a requirement and set the tag so that i
  t has some entries.
  
  3) change the tag in the profile to be multiplicity(1) and type
  to string.
  
  There is a mismatch between the multiplicity of the tag in the p
  rofile(has been set to 1) and the tag in the requirement(is stil
  l at *).
