Error description

• In EGL debugger, a program accessing VSAM (KSDS) datset is not
  behaving as expected.
  
  
  Following are the key features of the program:
  
  Thrownrfeofexceptions = no
  handleHardIOErrors = no
  
  set position
  try
    GET NEXT
  end
  
  Expected results:
  
  Codes for  isError, endOfFile, noRecordFound are set
  
  Actual results:
  Only isError is set
