APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In IBM Cognos Express Query Studio (Cognos Express Reporter),
when a new report is created and a filter is applied, the filter
cannot be modified by either clicking on the filter link or
hitting the filter button from the toolbar.

Local fix

  • Delete the old filter and then create the new filter
