PM11088: HTTP PROXY WITH DEPLOYED EGL-RUI APPLICATION DONT WORK

Error description

• Environment:
  - Windows XP
   - Rational Bussiness Developer v 7105
  Reproducible Y/N:
  Description of problem:
  
  User using an Proxy server to access the Internet. So they setup
  RBD to
  use this proxy as well to access any service from the internet.
  Window
  > Preferences -> General -> Network Connections -> Manual Proxy
  
  Configuration -> HTTP Proxy: x.x.x.x Port:8080 .
  In Development mode: So if i test any EGL Rich UI application.
  Deployment mode: deploy the application on Tomcat 5.5 with the
  same
  RBD settings as in Development mode.  There is issue with
  EGLProxy.

Local fix

Problem summary

• The runtime was not using an http proxy
  

Problem conclusion

• correct the runtime to use the java network proxy runtime
