PM11055: Namespace not effective for packages when stereotype is applied

Error description

• NameSpaceName defined in stereotype_0 is not taken in account in
  stereotype_0d package
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  --------------------
  Create a stereotype
  Applicable for package new term
  Set define Name Space to yes
  A namespace value
  
  Apply stereotype to a package, generate code
  Not effective to generate as namespace
  
  Edit package property have just have a space after the namespace
   inproperty and apply
  Re-generate the code
  Name space gets generated
  
  Business impact:
  ----------------
  
  See movie. Workaround is really heavy as it is to be done on all
   packages of the model (thousands...) and this is to be done aga
  in if name space name is modified...
