PM10976: erroneous behavior of oleActivate perm on images pasted through print screen.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An Image pasted in to a DOORS Object using print screen will pas
  s the objectIsOle perm. However oleActivate will bring up a dial
  og box that the image is a static object.
  
  The image should return false for objectIsOle or oleActivate sho
  uld give an error through DXL and not generate a dialog box. cur
  rently even after the dialog box is displayed oleActivate return
  s true indicating ole Activation was a success.
  

Local fix

  Running oleActivate on an object with a static DIB image
  throws an error that says "This picture or object is static
  and may not be activated." and then the perm returns "true".
  If the OLE can not be activated it should print "false".
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so the DXL perm now returns false
