PM10927: STABILITY -- POST GTP JOBS FAIL INTERMITTENTLY

Error description

• Customers have long reported stability issues in jobs and this
  is one that is very commonly found.  When running very fast
  clusters jobs after GTP will fail on occasion, killing customers
  overnight processes.  This bug has to do with the way the
  product is cleaning up the export queue while job are running
  and will cause contention int he DB that will cause job
  failures.
