Error description

• There is a defect in the code we own in the dispatcher to deal
  with the system recoverable fault.  The scenario occurs when a
  system recoverable fault is returned on an asynchronous call
  (ui.action=wait) and the request was sent directly to the
  dispatcher or came in using the servlet gateway.
