Error description
PMR 62067,003,756 When running a Table only publish, with regional settings Hebrew, and code page 1255 Hebrew characters display correctly in the ET_tables. However when running an Incremental publish all hebrew text that was previously saved correctly is now saved as strange characters. Note this also happens for characters other than Hebrew - Western European, Swedish and Japanese.
Local fix
1) Use full publish instead of incremental publish - This would be an option if their full publish isn't too much slower than their incremental publish 2) Switch their "Optimize Publish Performance" option to "Enable Indexing" - In this case the publish options would be respected during incremental publish
