PM09951: Incorrect code when property CPP_CG:Class:BaseNumberOfInstances is set on template class

Error description

• The attached model has  a Template class(class_0) and class_1 as
  a template Instantiation for class_0.But when we have the prope
  rty(CPP_CG:Class:BaseNumberOfInstances) on the Template class th
  e generated code for the macro 'IMPLEMENT_MEMORY_ALLOCATOR' does
   not compile and gives the below error :
  
  C3203: 'class_0': unspecialized class template can't be used as
  a template argument for template parameter 'T',expected a real t
  ype
  and
  
  C2955:'class_0':use of class template requires template argument
   list
  .....
