  Accessing the Tooltip widget in 1.0.2 RUI does not work in brows
  ers outwith Internet Explorer.
  
  Running an application which contains a simple button to test th
  e tooltip with such as Firefox triggers an error every time a us
  er hovers over the button to activate the tool tip on deployment
   ie
  [CRRUI1083E] An error occurred while the mouseover browser event
   was being handled.
  [CRRUI2017E] The value '' of type string cannot be converted to
  type int
  [CRRUI2094E] Here are the EGL function calls leading to this err
  or:

  When using the Debug EGL RUI Application option on the egl code
  directly then this also produces similar error with Firefox.
