PM08552: slow EGL debugger performance with their TUI batch program

  Description.
  Specific workspaces produce poor EGL debugger performance with
  their TUI batch program of average to small size just generates
  listing.
  
  When the EGL debugger is activated the following events are
  observed:
  a) The outline window shows nonexpanded records, and when the +
  for the record expansion is clicked, the data filling process is
  very slow
  b) The CPU is then constantly about 50% (one graph per CPU)
  c) step into, step over buttons are not greyed out and can be
  clicked but this has no effect.
  d) After 5 minutes we sometimes have to terminate the debugger
  e) At the same time other programs debug normally.
  
  In such a scenario the debugger and .log files will show 'A
  timeout occurred while retrieving the variable's value.' errors
  in debugger variables window.
  
  Workaround:
  Create a new workspace and import all the applicable projects
  from a repository and the debugger is ready instantly. However
  over time the same problems are observed and rebuilding of the
  RBD workspace is again required to maintain debugger startup
  performance for the programs affected.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When suspended in a program that used a fixed record with a
  very large array, the performance of the variables view was
  slow and caused the debugger to lag.
  

Problem conclusion

• The processing of such fixed records has been dramatically
  improved.
