Error description
When the user (configured to 'Portuguese' language) tries to open a Query Studio report migrated from 8.2, Query Studio shows a message to update the report. If the customer clicks 'OK' to update it, the BiBus process takes up 50% CPU process and the report is not shown. This error does not happen when the user is configured to 'English' language. There is no error message in cogserver.log I could not reproduce it using Cognos Samples *There was a problem to create this APAR. The correct version and product, as included on PMR, is Query Studio 8.4.
