PM08241: CCRC aggregated checkout wildcard does not filterout symlinks, l eading to incorrect behavior

Error description

• IBM Rational ClearCase Remote Client (CCRC) aggregated checkout
  when passing a wildcard (such as: *.txt) will not differentiate
  between the source or target of a symlink, and will error with:
  
  CRVAP0087E CCRC command 'checkout' failed: Version discordance
  detected for 'C:\ccweb\user\view_tage\VOB\Directory\link.txt'.
  
  when the user allows both to be passed to the checkout. Upon
  closing the above error dialog the user will see the above path
  as discordant (Discordant,Loaded) in a checkout state (later
  clearcase searches on checked out object lists it, yet of course
  it is a symlink)
  
  The only way to correct the behavior is to check in the source
  of the symlink, no refresh or discordance correction appears to
  correct the behavior.
