PM08057: Right clicking on a table sends a excessive number of requests to DB2 causing Data Source Explorer slow response

Error description

• When you click on the '+' sign next to a table in Data Source
  Explorer, it takes a long time to respond.  Depending on how
  many rows are in the table selected, the response can take
  anywhere from 3 seconds to 5
  minutes.  The more columns there are in a table, the longer the
  response time.

  There is a method called 'loadColumns' for DB2 ZSeries
  database. Another method is invoked inside this method for
  retrving the values of the field 'FLDPROC' of the system
  table SYSFIELDS. The fix is stopping the call of this method
  if the table is empty by putting a condition. This condition
  will call this method only when the SYSFIELDS table is
  filled, otherwise won't call the method unnecessarily. This
  query to search the FLDPROC values from SYSFIELDS table
  takes more time. So to avoid firing this query when not
  required will save a lot of time and response for loading
  columns will be faster.
