PM07925: Synch Tasks gets disappeared from IAS Admin

Error description

• XML files gets corrupted if the integration worker process is re
  cycled at a certain point in a sync which causes all the synch t
  asks to disaapear from IAS Admin
  
  Workaround:

  ycling Tab-? Uncheck 'Recycle worker processes ( in minutes)

  The tdadmindata.xml data file can get truncated or corrupted
  if the application pool is recycled during a
  synchronization, especially if the mapping file is greater
  than about 300 KB in size. This results in tasks
  disappearing from the Admin Tool.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to prevent the truncation of the
  tdadmindata.xml data file
