XML files gets corrupted if the integration worker process is re cycled at a certain point in a sync which causes all the synch t asks to disaapear from IAS Admin Workaround: -------------------- Disable the automatic recycling of integration worker process (O pen IIS -? DOORSQualityCenterIntegrationAppPool-?Properties-?Rec ycling Tab-? Uncheck 'Recycle worker processes ( in minutes)

This results in tasks disappearing from the Admin Tool.
Problem conclusion
The code has been changed to prevent the truncation of the tdadmindata.xml data file
