PM07783: RPE CAN'T ADJUST TABLE BORDER WIDTH IN WORD FORMAT

Error description

• RPE 1.1.1
  
  ?Finding?
  RPE Can not create a table properly with following value in
  table setting.
  All Borders = 2
  All Cell Borders  = 1
  
  In HTML format, it is working fine.
  But, in both Word ? PDF format, it is not working as expected.
  All borders are the same width.
  
  ?Workaround found, but not acceptable by customer?
  The only workaround is
  without using border width value
  by using cell border width only for all cells in table (manual
  jobs)
  
  ?Request?
  Please, try uploaded dta file to see what the problem is.
  
  For customer, it is mandatory function (to provide diversed cell
  width) compare to table border width.
