When restart workbench Build on projects with  Java EE Module De
pendencies fails since EAR Libraries in Java Build Path are not
correct even though MANIFEST.MF  : Class-Path
is correct.

Ccenario:
Start workbench for a given EAR 5.0 with an EJB3.0 Project speci
fying Java EE Module Dependency on  log4j-1.2.14.jar located in
the root of
the EAR project, there will be a build error as if the Java Buil
d Path
: Libraries [Tab] : [+] Ear Libraries has not picked it up.

This happens often after workbench is re-started
Server Target is WebSphere Application Server V6.1+EJB3.0Fep
