  Left side of diagram frame missing from sequence diagrams.
  
  Description:

  When working with sequence diagrams if we add a partition line
  to a diagram that has a diagram frame, the left had side of the
  diagram frame goes missing. We cannot scroll over to the left.
  On a sequence diagram that does not have a partition line we can
  see the left vertical line of the diagram frame.
  
  This looks like a regression with respect to the 7.5 version of
  Rhapsody.
