PM07084: In SV-5 matrix the SystemFunctions are not being populated

  In tha attached model, open the SystemsView package.
  It has 2 SystemFunctions in it. In SV-5 matrix, the SystemFuncti
  ons are not being populated at all.
  The OperationalActivities are populated.
  
  
  Work around
  -----------
  The SV-5 is set up to show Functions in the from column, to chan
  ge it to show SystemFunctions, either a custom matrix can be cre
  ated in Systems View with
  SystemFunction in the From Element Types
  OperationalActivity in the To Element Types
  ContributesTo in the Cell Element Types
