Error description

• In cognos connection it is possible to add on role or group
  (same CAMID) several times to another group or role without
  getting an error that the CAMID already exists.
  
  Expected: It should not be possible to add a role or group
  several times to another role or group with the same CAMID.
  If you add them in a single step you receive an error but why
  not with the multiple select?
