PM06728: XCELERATOR CLIENT: Cannot configure an action button to navigateto Excel 2007 (.XLSX) files

Error description

• In IBM Cognos Express Xcelerator Client Perpectives, when
  linking an Excel worksheet to an action button, only the xls
  files are shown - none of the Excel 2007 (.xlsx files) are
  available.    When an action button is created to navigate to
  another workbook, if "TM1 Applications" is selected under "Look
  In", the browse dialog will only show .xls files and does NOT
  show any .xlsx files.    If "Files" is selected under "Look In",
  even if the .xlsx files were uploaded to the server, and the
  appropriate subdirectory (under }applications) is navigated to
  in the tm1 servers data folder, the dialog box where the actual
  files are picked up does not display any .xlsx files.
