Error description

• When a task_synopsis or problem_synopsis begin with ' build(', a
  query for it cannot be executed successfully.
  
  Clarification:
  
  To demonstrate clearly, the following line indicates exactly the
   beginning of the value without any extra punctuation. Note the
  space preceding the line.:
  
   build(
  
  Prerequisites:
  
  In Change, create four CR's where the problem_synopsis has the f
  ollowing one word values. Note the space before the second and t
  hird CR's:

  In Synergy, create four tasks where the task_synopsis has the fo
  llowing one word values.
  Note the space before the second and third CR's.

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Start a command line session using the database where the tas
  ks and CR's were created.
  
  2. Run the following queries:
  
  ccm query 'problem_synopsis='IBM''
  Note: Successful output.
  
  ccm query 'problem_synopsis=' IBM''
  Note: Successful output.
  
  ccm query 'problem_synopsis=' build(''
  Note: Unsuccessful output.
  Error: Warning: Syntax error in query request:  baseline
  
  ccm query 'problem_synopsis='build(''
  Note: Successful output.
  
  3. Repeat step 2, this time querying for the task_synopsis.
  Note: Unsuccessful output for the query where the task_synopsis
  is ' build('
  
  
  Summary:
  
  The query is normally successful even if it is preceded by a spa
  ce. However it is always unsuccessful when it is preceded by a s
  pace and the remainder of the synopsis contains build(.
  
  Also tested where the synopsis is:
  
  ' build(1234)'
  
  This is also unsuccessful with the same error.
