Error description

• Report layout incorrect when showing report in Cognos Viewer
  within a portal page. This is only occuring when 2 data source
  connections are specified for this report.
  When you remove the second data source connection the report
  displays correct.
  

Local fix

• a)Correct report layout can be reached by switching to  Public
  Folder  Page and back to the  portal  page
  
  b)Correct report layout can also be reached by having only one
  data source connection specified
  
  c)Correct report layout can also be reached by displaying a
  report output version instead of run the report
