  Description:
  CopyPaste of transition label results in a double paste.
  
  This can be observed in Eclipse Platform Integration of Rhapsody
   7.5.1
  However, this seems to work fine in standalone Rhapsody 7.5.1
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a new State in a statechart Diagram
  
  2. Draw a transition from state_0 to state_1
  
  3. Name one of the transition between the states to ev1
  
  
  
  Issue: If we copy from the first transition and paste it in anot
  her
  transition:
  
  
  
  It gets DOUBLE pasted.

  ev1ev1 pasted
  
  
  
  Impact is that it Creates a new event ev1ev1 just beacuse of cop
  y
  pasting the labels twice.

  The simple workaround is manually typing in the event name rathe
  r then doing a copy and paste.
