Problem summary


    

  • When importing requirements into Rational RequisitePro, a
dialog is displayed stating what is being occurred.  It
should be based on, if creating new requirements then
"Creating requirements..." message is displayed, but if the
existent ones are being updated (overwritten) the same
"Creating new requirements" message is displayed although it
does not make sense and have the user to confuse about what
is being doing and sometimes user cancels the operation.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A tailored message is being displayed based on what the user
chose. So a "Creating new requirements..." is being
displayed when new requirements are being imported and
"Updating requirements..." message is being displayed when
update/overwrite option has been selected.
