Error description

• PMR #84787,999,616 - ref CQ/IR#COGCQ00218923(unable to clone)
  ============================================
  
  When running a TI Processes via active button in perspective, it
  takes 4 - 6 times longer to execute versus running the same TI
  process from server explorer, or via the API from Excel VBA or
  command line executable.
  Issue replicated in 9.1 SP3 and 9.4 MR1. Forced work-around of
  using VBA code to run TI processes which has additional
  developer and maintenance overhead and forces duplication of
  templates with different templates for Excel use versus web use.

  difference for running it via active button
