  In the sample model, CppListUsage, if we make one of class_0's
  
  operations static, eg: listoper(), we have problems.
  
  If I create the Test Architecture, create the SDTestScenario,
  build and
  execute, the execution doesn't complete and the Progress doesn't
  
  increase above 0% (0/2).
  
  Business impact:
  ----------------
  Customer is unsure whether to use Test Conductor or not.
