PM05850: "THE CONVERTER FAILED TO OPEN THE FILE" WHEN REPORT CONTAINST URL WITH A SPACE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a report contains a data item that is URL and if that URL has
  a space in it (e.g. http://google happy.com vs.
  http://googlehappy.com) and you try to open Excel 2007 output,
  user gets "The converter failed to open the file" when Excel
  tries to open a file.
  
  All other formats work.
