  • RFT Java/VB.NET: Crashing MS SQl Server 2005 during recording.

Use RFT to record actions for the following,

-    Launch SQL Server Management Studio

-    At the login screen, select windows authentication and clic
k the
OK button

-    Notice that the SQL Server Management Studio crashes   with
 the following error
'SQLWB- SQL Server Management Studio has encountered a problem a
nd needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

The issue is reproducible on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
