APAR status

Error description

• The Content Assist (ctrl-space) does not work at all when
  editing any COBOL program with a z/OS MVS subproject that is off
  line.  For PL/I programs, the Content Assist is incorrect.
  DECLARE ABC FIXED DECIMAL;

  Use content assist just after the above IF.  You'll see some
  suggestions but not ABC.  When online, it works.

  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.5.1.2 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
