PM05178: Component decorations lost after project rename

Error description

• Description:
  ------------
  When renaming a project using refarctor?rename in the modelling
  perspective the class decorations are removed from diagrams.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  -------------------
  Create a Java Project, 'test-project'
  Create a Java package, com.ibm.rational.support
  Create 2 Java Classes, Class1 and Class1, in the package
  Create a UML model in the project called 'model'
  Create a Component Diagram
  Drag the Package onto the diagram
  Drag the 2 classes onto the diagram
  Save the project.
  Right click on the project and select Refactor?Rename
  Change the name to 'test-project-a'
  
  Result:
  -------
  The decorators on the classes in the diagram are removed.
  
  Workaround:
  -----------
  Switch to the Java perspective and perform the rename then switc
  h back to the modelling perspective.

Problem conclusion

• Visualized java references are now updated when a containing
  Java project is Refactor-?Renamed (and hence the decorations
  are retained on the diagram)
