• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Under certain circumstances, it is possible for an export from M
  icrosoft Word 2007 to IBM Rational DOORS to fail with Error 5941
  .  The problem only manifests for certain documents with OLE pic
  ture objects on some systems that have both Office 2003 and Offi
  ce 2007 installed.
  
  The issue is intermittent; the same document may export successf
  ully from Word 2007 to DOORS on one system with Office 2003 and
  2007, yet fail on a different system that also has Office 2003 a
  nd 2007 and runs the same version of DOORS.
  
  Possible workarounds:
  - use Office 2003
  - save the document as RTF and then import the RTF document to D
  OORS
  - in Word 2007, remove the OLE picture that triggers the error a
  nd do the export to DOORS (you will need to add the picture back
   manually within DOORS)
